Daun graduated from Irmo High School in 1984.Daun received her BA degree in History from the University of South Carolina in 1989 and graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1993. While there, she received the American Jurisprudence awards for Trial Advocacy, Equities and Remedies and Mock Trial. Daun has previously served as co-counsel for the South Carolina Department of Social Services in Lexington, McCormick, Edgefield and Saluda Counties. She also had the privilege of clerking for the late Honorable Marc H. Westbrook- Daun is a member of the Lexington County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the Injured Worker's Advocate Association. Daun is admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court. Daun currently handles personal injury, worker's compensation, social Security and disability law, and civil litigation.
