Daniel K. Kienker

Dan grew up in Hendersonville, North Carolina. He graduated from the university of North Carolina with a degree in Political Science. While attending UNC, he was Class President, member of Student Government and a participant in the Model United Nations held in Washington, D.C. Upon graduation, he entered active military service with the United States Air Force serving worldwide assignments to include the Republic of Korea, The Federal Republic of Germany, Saudi Arabia and Honduras. He retired in 1997 with the full rank of Colonel and entered the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2000. Dan is a member of the Lexington County Bar and the South Carolina Bar. Dan is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Dan's current focus is primarily Domestic Relations and Family Law, Social Security and Veteran Benefits Law.
